At the same time, the students had the task to decorate the school boards with the posters and pictures of national parks brought by the partners.
In the afternoon the teachers had a project meeting where interim report, current tasks and activities to be undertaken, and the next meeting in Italy were discussed. The dictionary for the meeting in Italy should be done by the beginning of September. Each partner should bring objects or tools used before for the school exhibition. We all agreed that there will be lessons on rural tourism in our regions, so every partner will prepare a presentation and lesson for the students and workshops on the importance of gastronomy in tourism.
At the same time, the students went to the Termal swimming pools.
The partners were taken to the Badel wine cellar in the Count Janković castle where they had an opportunity to see how wine is stored and learn about wine growing in the region as well as to taste some wine.
Due to unpredictable and changeable weather conditions, farewell dinner was held on the second, and not the third day.
On the third day of the project (21 May, 2014) the Croatian team organized the picnic for all participants. We rented an eco farm, prepared a complete picnic meal and engaged in different sports activities.
The teachers had a project meeting to finish all the details for the interim report and the next meetings both to Italy and Romania.
The fourth day of the project (22 May, 2014) we went on a trip to Plitvice Lakes. There was a short stop to see Rastoke, an ethno village, and a 5-hour hike around the lakes.
On the way back, both the teachers and the students filled in the evaluation form to assess the project meeting.
The project meeting finished on Friday, 23 May, 2014, when the partners left Zagreb.
The result of this project meeting is accomplishment of very relaxing and healthy tasks and activities. The meeting was efficient as all the upcoming tasks and the mobilities were agreed on and there was a smooth communication among the partners.
The success of this meeting resides in the wonderful organization and interesting programme made by the Croatian team. Communication in English all along the mobility as well as a good communication among all the participants in the meeting is another advantage on the list, especially among the students who learnt a lot of words from different languages.
Photographs, PPTs, travel impressions, newly acquired cultural information and lifelong friendships are other fruitful results of this project meeting.
